Тезис

ISO/TS 10303-1285:2004 specifies the application module for Work request characterized.

The following are within the scope of ISO/TS 10303-1285:2004:

  • the specification of the definitions needed to assign management resource information to a work request or a class of work requests;
  • the specification of the definitions needed to classify work requests;
  • the classification of a work request.
